West Coast Road Trip : Thank You!
Viva Las Vegas The last week of March 2007 I went on a little Road Trip visiting several states on the West Coast. The purpose of the trip was a working vacation where I would visit a number of business folks to set up affiliate relationships with for work, and sightsee in the process of going between places, which all in all turned out to be a 2,250 mile trip through 3 states and a quick visit to Mexico. It all started out with a flight to Phoenix, Arizona; then a drive to the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. A lengthy visit to the Shelby Autos plant at the Las Vegas Speedway. A quick drive to Southern California for a couple of days at the ADTR.net headquarters, and even a visit to Tijuana, Baja California. All in all it was a fantastic trip, I really enjoyed AZ, NV and CA for the first time and would love to do it again. But most importantly I would like to thank some people for their warm hospitality and for allowing me the pleasure of having their friendship!

Thank you Chris!
My buddy Chris, the owner of ADTR.net and the famous RocketCouch : a 1992 Novi
Paxton supercharged 500hp Crown Victoria [pictures] helped me out tremendously
by letting me crash for a few days at his bachelor pad in Simi Valley, California.
I got to meet a bunch of his roomates who own some sweet SVT vehicles (that somehow haven't made their way to my site yet) plus he took me around Southern California showing me all it has to offer, performance wise of course. Chris and I visited Hawaii Racing a great supplier of souped up auto parts, Oxnard based IRL race team: Pacific Coast Motorsports (pcmracing.com), the famous Galpin Ford & Galpin Auto Sports (galpinautosports.com) of the Pimp my Ride fame in Van Nuys, CA, as well as other tourist sightseeing destiantions from the Pacific Coast Highway thru Santa Monica and Malibu, to Beverly Hills and even fantastic eatery in Mission Hills called the Bear Pit BBQ. Hell I even got a FREE t-shirt, Chris is so cool its not even funny, Thank You Sir!

Thank you Richard!
My trip wouldn't have been complete without stopping by Richard's house to thank him for all the contributions to my web site. Richard is a lucky owner of several of the latest SVT|Shelby products including a 2006 Ford GT supercar which is currently at Gennadi Design undergoing transformation into the Ford GTX1 supercar with the removable hard top. He was also among the first to put a Shelby GT500 convertible in his garage, not one but two beautiful sports cars, one low production number autographed by both Bill Ford and Carroll Shelby. Thanks!

Thank you Shelby employees!
I'd really like to express my gratitude to the Shelby employees that I came in contact with during my visit. I don't want to mention any names so I don't get anyone in trouble but I was able to get a very close look at a brand spanking new Shelby GT Mustang that just completed the Shelby assembly process. The car looked fantastic and the gentleman showing it to me even took some pictures for me that I posted here. Thank you sir! Also, big thanks to the tour guide that narrated the 10:30am tour of the facility. Very knowledgable fellow that took everyone around and gave some interesting insights that I wasn't aware of before visiting the Shelby Museum. Thanks!
